Your company may have assigned reward points to you based on the rewards program run by the organization. While checking out, you can redeem your Reward Points to make purchases. When checking out, you can see the points available to you as well as the points required for purchase in your cart. Points equivalent to your purchase will be deducted from your account. In case you do not have enough points, you will also be permitted to pay the balance using your credit card or any online payment mechanism.
We try our best to send the books immediately and ship from our Mumbai warehouse. Standard shipping time is 7-8 days though your order could reach earlier depending on your location
Courier company send out multiple deliveries together and cannot guarantee a time based delivery. It is better to provide an address where delivery can be accepted through the day. Most companies will require OTP to complete the delivery.
The courier will leave a note at your door and attempt delivery two more times. There is no charge for the two more attempts. In most cases you can provide the OTP to the person at your place and the delivery can be completed. If delivery is not taken with six days, the parcel would be returned and your order refunded.
If the parcel is not accepted, the amount for the book shall be credited to your account after deducting the shipping charge.
Once an order comes back to us the order will be cancelled. You would have to place the order again to re-order the books.
In the rare case a book is out of stock or unavailable at a particular time, that title will no longer be visible on the portal. You can choose to wait for the title to arrive.
The portal is designed to work with points as well as with digital payments depending on the requirements of each organization. Cash on delivery is not activated at present.
If the book you have received is incorrect or has a defect you can return the book for a full refund.
