Rob McCarter helps others learn and utilize rapid change by combining the techniques of traditional psychotherapy with hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). He is currently on staff at Carolinas Counseling and Consulting in Belmont, North Carolina. In addition, Rob's desire to reach as many people as possible led him to write three books on the subject of success through optimism. The first one is entitled, Optimistic Thinking: The Key To Success, the second one is entitled, Life Is Good! and the third one is People Skills-Revised.
